REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

Internet and phone orders must be returned for refund within 21 calendar days of when the order was delivered. Store credit will be issued for goods returned after 21 calendar days. Returned goods must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition in which they were received. We reserve the right to decline any return or exchange based on the condition of the item(s) purchased. Goods altered outside of our tailoring department are non­returnable and ineligible for exchange. Shipping charges are non-refundable for any items returned or exchanged to our store.

Please be sure all contact information is complete. If you have a copy of your store invoice or gift receipt, please include that in the package.

Worn or washed clothing and shoes deemed unsalable by management will be returned to the purchaser and are ineligible for either return or exchange. Sales of monogrammed clothing are final. Domestic and international customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including returned postage costs. International customers are responsible for all taxes, duties, tariffs, and brokerage fees (if required) related to their delivery. Please consult your individual country’s policies for additional information.

Packages shipped in good faith to either domestic or international customers that are refused by the recipient and subsequently returned to our store are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and all shipping charges for the return will be deducted from any issued refund.

Purchases made by theater/movie/entertainment companies are subject to individual re­stocking fees and special conditions based upon their individual orders; please contact customer service before placing your order for specific details.

Due to the high volume of shipments, most refunds will be processed within 30 business days of their return shipping date. We appreciate your patience. Refunds will be issued to the credit or debit card used for the original card. Purchases made by check or money order will be refunded via a corporate check.

In-store purchases must be returned within seven (7) calendar days for refund; store credit will be issued for goods returned after seven (7) calendar days. EXCHANGES

To expedite processing for exchanges, please write “EXCHANGE” on the outside of your returned package. Please use the “Return/Exchange Form” when sending back your merchandise for exchange to allow us to process your request as quickly as possible. If you have received a gift, please include a copy of the gift receipt and the name/telephone of the purchasing individual. Shipping charges for exchanges will be billed to the original purchaser’s credit card; please inform us if you wish that to be changed. Shipping charges are non-refundable for any items returned or exchanged to our store.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders placed with GROUND SHIPPING are usually delivered within 4 to 10 business days. Because we deal with specialty sized items, this timeframe is subject to change on occasion. Orders placed after 5:30PM EST are not processed until the following business day. If you have an urgent need for expedited processing, please contact us, and we will always do our best to accommodate you.

Most domestic GROUND orders will ship for $11.95*

  • For 3RD DAY domestic shipping, add $10*
  • For 2ND DAY domestic shipping, add $20*
  • For OVERNIGHT domestic shipping, add $30*
  • *Shipping charges are determined by package weight, dimensions, delivery zone, fuel surcharges, and level of service. As such, these charges may be subject to change on an individualized basis. We reserve the right to add additional shipping charges as needed as well as require a signature upon delivery.

    SPECIAL ORDERS, BACKORDERED ITEMS, AND SEASONAL GOODS

    Because we offer the world’s largest selection of big and tall clothing and footwear, some items may need to be special ordered for you if they are not immediately available when your order is placed. Some orders also require specialty alterations. These factors may extend the delivery date of your order. Please contact us by phone or e­mail if you have a time sensitive requirement for your order (i.e., a wedding, funeral, trip, etc.). We will endeavor to keep you informed of any unanticipated delays.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION ­ FAQs

    *Do you ship worldwide?

    Yes, in 70 years of business we have shipped to all seven continents and over 150 countries!

    *What carrier/method do you use for international shipping? What are the charges? We recommend United States Postal Service’s (USPS) Global Priority or Global Express shipping options, as they are insured, trackable, and the most affordable shipping methods. USPS options are available to most countries. Pending customs clearance and international dispatch, Global Express arrives to most locations within 3­ to 5 business days. Global Priority Air Mail arrives to most locations within 4­ to 10 business days. International shipping charges are determined on an individual basis, as costs can vary by weight and size of parcel, country of destination, value of goods, and level of service. Unless otherwise indicated, we will automatically process your order for GLOBAL PRIORITY AIR MAIL, intending to save you whatever shipping charges we can. If you would like to know specific shipping options available for your individual order, please contact us by e­mail or phone and we will be happy to provide the information.

    *What if I must have the items by a certain date?

    If you need your items with date certain delivery, we also offer FedEx or UPS International shipping, which can reach many international locations within 2 to ­3 business days and to Canada overnight. If you elect to ship via FedEx or UPS International, they will impose additional brokerage fees upon delivery. Please check your individual country’s import and delivery policies for additional information.

    *What about taxes, duties, exchange rates, and customs fees?

    Customers are responsible for ALL taxes, duties, exchange rates, customs fees, and any other associated delivery charges imposed in their own countries.

    Since our establishment in 1946, it has been and remains our policy to NEVER share or sell ANY customer information to ANY third party. We use your information only to communicate with you by phone or e­mail regarding your order and occasionally will notify you of in­store specials or promotions.
